If you guys facing such an issues and struggling with it here is the solution which i found after lots of R&D in Android Studio which i started to use recently leaving eclipse in a way:--
Just Enter These in Yours PHP apache -Httpd.confg.
Restart your wamp or XAMMP.
Check the local host on your's mobile or tablet browser.
If success then You Rocks!!!1
Addd in Httpd.config like this
Require all granted
Order Deny,Allow
Allow from all
